Refund & cancellation policy
Latin Vibes is a Copenhagen dance association (CVR 41771852). This policy covers classes, courses, bootcamps and memberships bought on this website.
Season courses (weekly classes)
- You can cancel and get a full refund up until the first class of the season.
- Once the season has started, the course is non-refundable.
- A paid spot can't be moved to a later season or used for future classes.
- Missed classes are not refunded.
Bootcamps and workshops
- You can cancel and get a full refund up until the bootcamp or workshop starts.
- After it has started, it is non-refundable.
Membership
- A membership is valid for the calendar year (January–December) and gives you member prices from the moment you buy it, so it is non-refundable.
Code of conduct
Everyone who joins our classes and events agrees to our code of conduct. If someone is banned from classes or events because of harassment or other serious breaches, they will not get a refund.
If we cancel
If Latin Vibes has to cancel a class, course or bootcamp, you'll get a refund for the part that didn't take place, or we'll offer you a replacement date if you prefer.
Right of withdrawal
Our classes and events are leisure services for a specific date or period, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk. 2, nr. 12). The cancellation rules above apply instead.
Latin Vibes Overdose
Entry to Latin Vibes Overdose is paid at the door and is not covered by this policy.
How to cancel
Email us at latinvibesdk@gmail.com with your name and order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
