Terms of Service – Latin Vibes

1. About us
Latin Vibes is a Copenhagen dance association.

These terms apply to everything you buy on this website: classes, courses, bootcamps, workshops and memberships.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable. We accept [Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay – adjust to your provider]. The amount is charged when you complete your purchase, because your spot is reserved for you straight away.

3. Delivery
We don't sell physical products and nothing is shipped. You'll get an order confirmation by email right after your purchase. Classes and events take place on the dates, times and locations shown on each product page. A membership is valid from the day you buy it until 31 December of the same year.

4. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Our classes, bootcamps and events are leisure services on a specific date or for a specific period. They are therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, § 18(2)(12)). Instead, these rules apply:

  • Season courses: full refund if you cancel before the first class. After the season has started, the course is non-refundable, and a spot can't be moved to a later season.
  • Bootcamps and workshops: full refund if you cancel before the event starts.
  • Membership: non-refundable, as member prices apply from the moment you buy it.
  • If we cancel: you get a refund for the part that didn't take place, or a replacement date if you prefer.

To cancel, email latinvibesdk@gmail.com with your name and order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. See also our Refund policy.

5. Complaints about a service (reklamation)
If a class or event isn't delivered as described, let us know within a reasonable time after you notice the problem. Email latinvibesdk@gmail.com with your name, order number and a short description. We'll reply within 14 days and offer a replacement class or a refund for the part that wasn't delivered.

6. Complaints
Please contact us first at latinvibesdk@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to find a solution. If we can't agree, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark – www.naevneneshus.dk.

7. Code of conduct
Everyone who joins our classes and events agrees to follow our code of conduct. We give warnings for breaches. Serious or repeated harassment can lead to a ban from classes and future events, without a refund.

8. Participation
You take part in classes and events at your own risk. Please let the teacher know about any injuries before class. Latin Vibes is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

9. Photos and video
We sometimes take photos and videos at classes and events for our website and social media. If you don't want to appear in them, just tell the teacher or a team member.

10. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy something is the one that applies to your purchase.
